Delivery within Bahrain
If you’re anything like us at Baby Essentials Bahrain, we understand that you want to receive your order as soon as possible. We do our very best to process your order quickly so that you can start enjoying the products we know you and your baby will love.
Processing and shipping days are Saturday to Thursday. Any orders placed on a Friday will be processed on the following Saturday.
When giving us your address for delivery, please ensure that there will be someone at that address on the expected arrival date from 11 am to 7 pm to receive your delivery. We are not responsible for the additional costs associated with your order due to the courier company being unable to deliver to you on the scheduled date. Additional delivery fees will apply if an additional delivery slot must be organised.
Installation of Furniture
Baby Essentials offers a complimentary installation service for larger items, including furniture and strollers. Please confirm with your Sales Consultant at the time of purchase whether you would like to avail of this service so this can be scheduled into your delivery time slot.
Please note that this service is not available to our customers located in other GCC countries.
International Shipping Restrictions
Certain items are not eligible for shipping to all destinations. Please verify your country’s import restrictions before placing and paying for any orders. No refunds will be offered for rejected items by Customs in your country.
For some destinations outside of Bahrain, additional legal and customs fees may be applicable. These will not be charged by Baby Essentials Bahrain at the time of checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. This nominal fee must be paid in cash by the receiver upon delivery of the order.
Shipping / Delivery Time
Shipping time frames are dependent on various factors such as stock available of items selected and the shipping destination. Below are standard shipping times.
Delays caused by public holidays, bad weather conditions, and customs delays in the destination country are beyond our control and may cause delays in receiving your products.
When giving us your address for delivery, please ensure that there will be someone at that address on the expected arrival date from 8 am to 6 pm to receive your delivery. We cannot be responsible for delays in receiving your order due to the courier company being unable to deliver to you.

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, the size of the items and the destination country.
The total shipping will be calculated and displayed in your preferred currency during checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.
An additional shipping surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and weight.
If you have any items in your cart that cannot be shipped to the country of your choice, you will be asked to remove them before proceeding. Please do not order restricted if you are outside of Bahrain.

Our priority is to ensure the satisfaction of our customers and we commit to always providing the highest level of customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return for items in new condition.
Products must not be used and must be returned in the same condition you received them - in the original sealed box and/or packaging, except in the case of a factory defect.
Orders can be exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds cannot be processed.
Once the product has been received by Baby Essentials Bahrain, it will be inspected for eligibility for return. Once this process has been successfully completed, your store credit will be processed equal to the total value of the purchase but will not include the delivery charges or other cost incurred.
Delivery charges are non-refundable and are solely the responsibility of the customer. The validity of the store credit will be 1 (one) month from the date of exchange.
For the health and safety of other mamas and babies, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of:
- Teething products
- Bottles and feeding products
- Nipples and pacifiers
- Food products
- Medicines and supplements
- Potty training items
- Monogrammed, personalized or custom-made items
- Products that were special or pre-ordered
- Sale items
- Electronic/ battery-operated items where the original seal is broken.
- Items that are not in their original condition and packaging or where the seal is broken or damaged
- Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear
- Items that have been assembled, used, altered or installed (unless defective)
